Ross is a technician in the Design Technology department at the Plume School in Maldon, where he has lived for most of his life. He has worked with young people, particularly teenagers, in various formats over the last 37 years and is delighted to be involved with this project that will reach out to the young people of Kapiri Mposhi. Ross is also chair of an independent youth camp. He is married to Bertie and has two adult sons.
